Beginning Saturday May 24, I'll be collaborating with Junction Cidery to offer an All Levels 

MORNING YOGA IN THE ORCHARD Series. 

Breathe and flow in the sunshine to a carefully curated playlist and a thoughtfully sequenced yoga class designed to bring balance, harmony and ease to the body, mind and soul. 

Feel and hear the magical vibrations of crystal singing bowls and dreamy twinkling chimes while you rest in Savasana to end your practice.

Bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle and an open heart.
