Combining yoga and reiki is something that blends so well because they share the same meditative healing qualities. You create energy in your body when practicing asana (yoga poses) The same energy can be concentrated into specific areas in the body to promote relaxation, balance and healing during a reiki treatment.
Let me guide you in a yoga practice that's tailored to your specific needs followed by a deeply relaxing, restoring reiki session, guided meditation or soundbath. Or maybe a combination of all three!
I am able to connect with you in my home or yours. I'm fully mobile and only need a quiet space to work with you in. We can do a yoga practice by Zoom or I can provide a link to a pre-recorded session that you can do in your own time.
I am also able to perform reiki from a distance. You don't need to do anything other than provide me with some basic information and I will do the rest.
